Mehr Yoga branding

Mehr yoga is a new yoga method applying to various sports. The yoga poses are designed to empower and control the muscles for each individual sports. This method is designed by my friend Mehrnaz. The reason behind the brand name "meh Yoga" is not just because of the name of the inventor "Mhernaz" but also "Mehr" means being kind. The meaning behind it is being kind to your body by doing yoga.
